Just talked to the sales person, the new Phase 8F (Double-storey teres house) will be going to launch @ early of October. Price around RM230K. Besides that, BTM also going to launch new phase 7B (near Boon Beng school) which is Semi-D and the price is around RM350K.
Show house - No change. Need to make appointment with the sales person if you want to view/visit the show house.
