槟州第二大桥建筑工程目前进展16.7% (Up to 25Nov10 )

槟州第二大桥建筑工程目前进展16.7% ，促请槟州二手承包商数量从现有的24.5%提高至50%以上


公共工程部受促将槟城第二大桥槟州二手承包商数量从现有的24.5%提高至50%以上。槟州二手承包商的数量有必要增加，以让槟州的二手承包商有机会从这项在本身土地所展开的价值45亿令吉的工程中分一杯羹。公共工程部长在国会给我的书面答复列明参与这项工程的槟州二手承包商数量很少：-

他说，联邦政府已经成立一家专门公司—二桥私人有限公司（JKSB），即财政部机构全资拥有的子公司，作为槟城第二大桥建筑工程特许经营权拥有人。槟城第二大桥长23.5公里，将衔接槟岛的峇都茅及威南的峇都交湾。

这项工程在2008年开始，估计在2013年完工。截至2010年8月31日，整项工程只完成16.7%， 原本估计18.4%。有关工程合约及过路费的课题，首相署私营化委员会的公私合作单位还在检讨，他们将提呈建议给内阁通过。

参与槟城第二大桥建筑的主要承包商为：

1. Chec Contructions (M) Sdn. Bhd（中国注册）地盘接管日期： 2008年11月8日;
2. UEM Builders Berhad （吉隆坡注册）. 地盘接管日期: 2009年6月8日;
3. Cergas Murni Sdn. Bhd （吉隆坡注册）. 地盘接管日期: 2010年5月19日;
4. IJM Contructions Sdn. Bhd （雪兰莪注册）. 地盘接管日期: 2010年6月28日; 及
5. HRA Teguh Sdn. Bhd （吉隆坡注册）. 地盘接管日期: 2010年5月19日

截至2010年9月13日，共有106 名二手承包商被主要承包商遴选来参与这项工程。其中26个二手承包商或24.5%的承包商是在槟城注册的。

第二大桥第三阶段工程开展




槟城大桥第三阶段工程进展:
- 峇都茅(Batu Maung)及峇都加湾(Batu Kawan)的二桥衔接路面工程已施工
- 在槟岛峇都茅(Batu Maung)部份是由Cergas Murni负责，而峇都加湾(batu Kawan)部份则是由怡保工程负责。
- 由Cergas Murni和怡保工程负责的二桥衔接路面工程已经施工，分别在峇都茅和峇都加湾一带已经开始动土施工，地点位置是介于中国港湾有限公司宿舍旁及峇都茅垃圾场之间。
- 峇都茅(Batu Maung)一带的工程于8月初已经展开，该公司初步把该处的树林清除，目前已有多辆起重机、打桩机等机器施工，并已逐步铺上砂石，准备进行铺路工程。
- 上述工程进展迅速，该公司已经在沿岸一带矗立起路灯，相信是衔接二桥部份的入口。此外，该公司也在工地对岸设立办公室，以方便员工进行办公事务。


槟城大桥第三阶段工程包括：
- 峇都茅(Batu Maung)衔接二桥工程，承包公司是Cergas Murni，耗资6700万令吉；
- 峇都加湾(Batu Kawan)衔接二桥工程，承包公司怡保工程，耗资3亿5000万令吉，
- 二桥衔接南北大道工程，承包公司HRA Teguh，耗资1亿5200万令吉。


Summary of Penang 2nd Link Project
- 总耗资45亿令吉　料2013年9月竣工
- 第1阶段：制造靠近峇都茅的引桥、主桥东侧高墩区及主桥 (3.5 years)
- 第2阶段：衔接高墩区部份 (2 years)
- 第3阶段: 是峇都加湾处引桥 (31 months)
- 第4阶段: 收费站

Updated BTM Phase 8E (30August10)

Monday (30August) purposely took leave and went to BTM to snap shoot some photos and to see the progress of BTM phase 8E.Below are some photos for sharing.
Just talked to the sales person, the new Phase 8F (Double-storey teres house) will be going to launch @ early of October. Price around RM230K. Besides that, BTM also going to launch new phase 7B (near Boon Beng school) which is Semi-D and the price is around RM350K.


Show house - No change. Need to make appointment with the sales person if you want to view/visit the show house.
